Up to This Moment

A zine produced in collaboration with the students at the University of Kuwait.

The uncertainty of the pandemic was felt by many in 2020, especially by my collaborator in Kuwait. Throughout the story of her college experience, she dives into these periods of hardships and explains the effects on her education and personal life. To communicate this feeling of change, I utilized distortion and organic shapes within the layouts. Photo manipulation was also created with images of childhood objects to show the impact of COVID-19 on personal aspects of her life.
